With a strong foundation in clinical business management and a proven record of achieving academic distinction early on, Connor has consistently leveraged his ability to build relationships, drive process efficiency, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.

In his current role, Connor oversees end-to-end operational workflows—from partner engagement and contract development to project implementation and performance monitoring—ensuring that strategic collaborations are executed smoothly and deliver measurable impact. Drawing on experience working across multiple unique stakeholder networks, he excels at bridging scientific, clinical and commercial perspectives to advance mission-critical initiatives.
